Optima Natura N-Active Oil Sen is a specially selected composition of natural oils recommended for use in states of nervous tension and fatigue as well as in the case of insomnia. The product helps calm emotions, accelerates falling asleep and improves the quality of sleep, thus supporting the comfort of rest and the quality of functioning.
Properties of the oils contained in the blend:
Lemon balm essential oil - has a calming effect, has sleep-inducing properties, relieves nervous tension by restoring balance, helps in falling asleep.
Lavender essential oil - has a soothing and calming effect, reduces the over-reactivity of the central nervous system.
Tangerine essential oil - has a relaxing and calming effect, relieves nervous tension, calms and has a soothing effect on the central nervous system.
How to use
For use in humidifiers, Diffusers, aroma burners, or during bathing.
Diffusers and humidifiers: 5-8 drops per liter of water.
Aroma burners: 3-4 drops per water tank.
Bath for a good night's sleep: 3-6 drops in a bathtub with warm water.
Storage
Keep the product in a closed bottle out of reach of children.
