Optima Natura N-Active Oil Calm is a blend of natural essential oils with calming and relaxing properties.The oil is especially recommended for people who feel tired, irritable, or stressed. The product is a gentle blend of lavender flower oils, lemon balm leaves, and lemongrass.
Properties of the ingredients contained in the blend:
Lavender essential oil - has a calming and soothing effect, reduces the overactivity of the central nervous system.
Lemon balm essential oil - has a calming effect, reduces insomnia and anxiety, helps with falling asleep.
Lemongrass essential oil - has a calming, analgesic, antidepressant effect, relieves pain caused by muscle fatigue, has an antirheumatic effect.
How to use
For use in humidifiers, diffusers, and oil burners fragrances, or during a bath or aromatherapy massage.
Diffusers and humidifiers: 5-8 drops per liter of water.
Aroma burners: 3-4 drops per water tank.
Calming bath: 3-6 drops in a bathtub with warm water.
Calming aromatherapy massage: 1 drop per 1 tablespoon of Optima Natura carrier oil.
