It's the perfect source of harmony and tranquility for your body and soul!
Using the appropriate concentration in a bath, at a temperature of approximately 36°C, affects not only the skin and mucous membranes, but also indirectly the entire body. Immersing yourself in this aromatic bath, you will experience a calming tranquility that reduces anxiety and helps with sleep problems. The product contains no dyes, artificial fragrances, or preservatives, guaranteeing safe and natural care for your skin. The unique properties of this salt include moisturizing, nourishing, smoothing, and regenerating the skin, as well as relieving stress and nervous tension, making it an ideal ally after exhausting physical activity.
Ingredient Properties:
- Natural lavender oil is a true antidote to good sleep and tranquility. Known for its analgesic and antibacterial properties, it helps combat long-term fatigue and stress. Its nourishing properties accelerate the healing of wounds and burns, and also reduce stretch marks, skin inflammation, scars, and acne.
How to Use:
- Calming Bath – Pour 200g of the product (10 tablespoons) into 100l of bathtub water. Then soak in the mineral bath for 10 to 15 minutes. If possible, do not rinse the body, the "salt mantle" that forms on the surface will prolong the positive effects of the aromatherapy bath. Soothing tired feet - pour 20g of the product (1 tablespoon) into a bowl of water and immerse your feet for 10 to 15 minutes. Steam inhalation and improving the microclimate - in a room, especially where you want to relax and improve the air quality, place a bowl of hot, steaming water and dissolve 60g of salt (3 tablespoons) in it. Close the room and wait until the water stops evaporating.
