How to use:
Use as a conditioner: apply two coats of Opi Start to Finish 3-in-1 conditioner to clean, dry nails with cuticles pushed back. Then add one coat every other day. On day 7, remove the conditioner with any OPI nail polish remover. If necessary, continue the treatment in the same way until the desired effect is achieved.
Use as a base coat for classic nail polish: Shake the bottle of OPI Start to Finish 3-in-1 and apply to clean, dry nails as a base coat for OPI Nail Lacquer.
Use as a top coat: Shake the bottle of OPI Start to Finish 3-in-1 and apply one coat over the nail polish to accelerate drying, protect and add shine to the manicure.
