Now Foods Omega-3 Molecularly Distilled is an immune-supporting dietary supplement from Nordic Naturals in the form of soft, easy-to-swallow capsules containing natural fish oil concentrate. Both DHA and EPA are found in fatty fish such as tuna, anchovies, cod, and salmon, but they are also found in algae and seaweed. Therefore, if your daily diet lacks foods rich in these fatty acids, it is worth reaching for this product, as the human body cannot produce these acids on its own, therefore they must be obtained from food. The preparation contains 180 mg of molecularly distilled EPA and 120 mg of DHA per capsule. Ingredients: EPA and DHA omega-3 fish oils provide oxidative support for the body – they protect blood lipids from micro-injuries and damage and contribute to normal brain function. They can also support vision and the functioning of the cardiovascular system.
Recommended daily intake:
- 2 capsules 2 times daily with a meal,
