Olimp Zatoclear Med Nasal Irrigation Set
Olimp Zatoclear Med Irrigation Set is a medical device intended for nasal and sinus irrigation. Irrigation helps restore free breathing and relieves the feeling of pressure in the head and sinuses, washes away infectious factors and prevents the growth of microorganisms. The set contains a bottle and 12 sachets.
Application:
The preparation is used for nasal and sinus irrigation in cases of sinusitis, allergic or infectious rhinitis, before and after surgical procedures within the nose and sinuses in order to effectively cleanse them.
How to use:
1. Before first use, rinse all elements of the bottle with warm water. Wash and dry your hands.
2. Pour the contents of one sachet of ZatoClear Med. Irrigation into the bottle and top up with boiled water (at body temperature) to the marked line.
3. Close the bottle tightly, cover the hole in the cap with your finger, and shake the bottle several times until the substance is completely dissolved.
4. Stand over the sink in a slightly inclined position. Place the tip of the bottle against one of your nostrils.
5. Squeeze the bottle in a smooth motion to allow the solution to flow into your nasal cavity. Breathe calmly through your mouth throughout the irrigation. The solution will flow out of the other nostril.
6. Repeat for the remaining solution, placing the bottle against the other nostril.
7. After irrigation, gently blow your nose.
8. Discard any unused solution. Rinse and dry all bottle components before storing.
Rinse 1-2 times a day or as directed by your doctor. One ZatoClear Med. Irrigation sachet combined with approximately 240 ml of water creates a ready-made nasal and sinus rinsing solution.
Do not rinse with unboiled tap water, hot or cold water. It is recommended to prepare a fresh solution immediately before each irrigation. Do not use for injection. Do not swallow the solution. The irrigation bottle should not be used by more than one person, as this may contribute to the spread of infection. For hygienic reasons, it is recommended to replace the bottle after 2-3 months of use. Irrigation can be performed at least one hour before bedtime or before going outside (at temperatures below 19°C).
The product can be safely used during pregnancy and while breastfeeding. The product does not adversely affect the ability to drive or operate machinery or equipment.
Warnings:
- do not use the product in case of hypersensitivity to any of its ingredients,
- the product should not be used in case of complete nasal blockage, in people with an incorrectly positioned nasal septum or a blocked internal auditory canal.
