Olimp Chitosan + Chromium 30 Capsules
Chitosan + Chromium is a dietary supplement in capsules dedicated to people on a weight loss journey. Chitosan is a dietary fiber isolated from crustacean shells, with gelling and absorbent properties. The chromium contained in the preparation contributes to the proper metabolism of macronutrients, such as carbohydrates and fats, and also helps maintain normal blood glucose levels. Normal blood glucose levels help avoid hunger attacks and snacking between meals.
The preparation is intended for physically active adults who care about their fitness, strive to maintain a healthy body weight, and lose weight.
Dosage:
Recommended daily dose: 1 capsule 3 times daily, approx. 20 minutes apart. before a meal, with at least 1 glass of water.

Precautions:
The product contains ingredients derived from crustaceans. During the period of using the preparation, it is recommended to additionally supplement the diet with lipophilic vitamins: A, D and E, as the product may cause reduced absorption of fats from food. Vitamin preparations should be taken approx. 2 hours before before or after consuming chitosan.
This dietary supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important for the proper functioning of the body. Store at room temperature, out of reach of small children.
