Rapeseed oil is made from selected rapeseed varieties using the cold-pressing method. It has a delicate aroma and a distinctive, slightly herbal flavor, which make it an excellent addition to cold dishes, including sauerkraut salads, Greek salads, dips, sauces, and spreads. Rapeseed oil is characterized by a high content of unsaturated fats, including omega-3 fatty acids and monounsaturated fats. Replacing saturated fats with unsaturated fats in the diet helps maintain normal blood cholesterol levels. Maintaining good health requires a balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Do not heat or fry food with cold-pressed rapeseed oil.
