Oleofarm Peanut Oil is made from carefully selected peanuts. Its delicate nutty note and sweet aftertaste make it an ideal addition to desserts, ice cream, sauces, and for topping rice with fruit, pudding, pancakes, and crepes. It can be used in all kinds of cold dishes. Peanut oil is characterized by a high content of unsaturated fats, including monounsaturated fats. Do not heat or fry food in unrefined peanut oil.
