Oeparol Good Skin Condition 60 Capsules
The Oeparol dietary supplement is recommended for people who want to take care of the good condition of their skin, including improving its hydration, nourishment and firmness.Oeparol contains evening primrose seed oil (Oenothera paradoxa), rich in Omega-6 fatty acids: linoleic and gamma-linolenic (LA and GLA), classified as essential unsaturated fatty acids (EFAs). Omega-6 fatty acids help maintain good skin condition by:
- maintaining proper hydration,
- maintaining firmness and elasticity,
- beneficially affecting its appearance and color.
EFAs are one of the components of the body's cells. The human body cannot produce them on its own, so it is extremely important to provide them daily through the diet. Thanks to its polyunsaturated fatty acid content, evening primrose seed oil supports:
proper functioning of the body, physiological processes such as cholesterol metabolism, maintaining the proper functioning of the heart and blood vessels, and the body's natural immunity.
Linoleic acid (LA), an Omega-6 fatty acid, has a beneficial physiological effect on cholesterol metabolism – it helps maintain normal cholesterol levels in the blood. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 10g of LA.
Dosage:
Adults and adolescents: 1-2 capsules 2 times a day.
Children over 6 years of age: 1 capsule a day. If you have difficulty swallowing the capsule, the contents can be squeezed onto a teaspoon.
Children from 3 years of age: 1 capsule a day. Squeeze the contents of the capsule onto a teaspoon.
It is recommended to use for at least 30 days.
