Thanks to its properties, it helps lower blood pressure. Arginine also influences the production of nitric oxide, which, among other things, seals blood vessels. This compound also supports muscle tissue building, ensuring a healthy physique. L-arginine also regulates the secretion of many hormones, especially growth hormone.
Recommended daily intake:
- 2 capsules, 2 times a day, between meals or before bedtime.
- Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
