Now Foods HMB Powder is a powdered dietary supplement designed for athletes and people who regularly exercise. The product has a wide range of effects on the body and provides additional support. The supplement does not contain gluten or GMOs.
Ingredient properties:
- HMB (hydroxymethylbutyrate):
- is a clinically tested, naturally occurring metabolite of the branched-chain amino acid Leucine,
- plays a role in regulating the breakdown of proteins in the body,
- is one of the basic ingredients of dietary supplements for athletes - mainly due to its wide range of effects on the human body. - Calcium (obtained from calcium β-hydroxy-β-methylbutyrate monohydrate):
- is a mineral necessary for proper muscle function, blood clotting, impulse conduction, and hormone production,
- is also responsible for the body's energy metabolism and the functioning of digestive enzymes.
Recommended daily intake:
- take 1/4 level teaspoon 2 to 3 times a day,
- mix with water or your favorite drink,
