Now Foods Gotu Kola is a dietary supplement in vegetarian, easy-to-swallow capsules containing a generous amount of Gotu Kola. Gotu Kola is a plant native to Australia, India, China, Indonesia, Africa, and many other places. The traditional herb Gotu Kola (Centella asiatica) has been used by herbalists since prehistoric times. Its wide range of uses has been well documented in Southeast Asia and India and continues to be used in modern herbal medicine. Gotu Kola is not related to kola nuts and does not contain caffeine.
