Noble Health Inositol is a dietary supplement in capsule form, recommended for adults. Inositol, also known as vitamin B8, is a building block of phospholipids, cell membranes, and hormonal messengers. The supplement is suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
Inositol properties:

Recommended daily intake:
- adults: 2 capsules a day, preferably in the morning,
- with a glass of water,
