- vitamin C - affects the production of collagen in the body, additionally ensuring the proper functioning of blood vessels,
- riboflavin - helps maintain healthy skin,
Recommended daily intake:
- adults: 1 capsule a day,
- the supplement is best taken in the morning,
- should be washed down with a glass of warm water,
- do not exceed the recommended daily dose during the day.
