Application:
- Cold packs help with tension headaches, fever (not to lower body temperature), severe injuries (bruises, sprains, minor concussions), sprains e.g. of the ankle, knee, elbow, shoulder or swelling due to injury/trauma.
- Hot packs help with stiff neck or shoulder, mild inflammation or rheumatic arthritis (e.g. wrist joints), feeling cold (as a hot water bottle), lower back pain, menstrual pain, stiff knees or leg muscles, abdominal pain (only due to muscle tension).
How to use:
- To cool the compress, simply place it in the refrigerator or freezer, and to warm it, place it in hot water or a microwave.
- Knead it like dough to distribute the heat evenly.
- Always place the gel compress in the provided cover or wrap it in a clean towel before applying it to the body.
- Keep the compress on for as long as is comfortable.
- Reheat the gel compress once it has reached room temperature.
