Nettle Herb is a product containing dried nettle leaves.
Properties:

How to use:
Nettle infusion:
First, pour the measured amount of dried herb into a pot, pour cold water over it, and bring to a boil. Then cover the pot and boil for another 5 minutes. After completing this step, turn off the heat and keep covered for another 10 minutes.
Contraindications:
To date, no specific contraindications have been identified for using stinging nettle. However, the exceptions include people suffering from kidney failure. The diuretic properties of this plant may contribute to excessive strain on these organs. It is also not recommended for people with diabetes.
