Naturell Vitamin B Complex Forte 40 Tablets - Dietary Supplement
B vitamins are water-soluble substances that, with the exception of vitamin B12, are not stored in the body and must be supplied with food every day.
These vitamins can be found in cereal products, meat, eggs, fish, milk, legumes, and fresh vegetables. During storage and food processing, B vitamins are easily lost due to degradation or leaching. Therefore, we should pay special attention to whether our diet contains sufficient amounts of B vitamins. B vitamins have a significant impact on the proper course of many processes in our body.

One tablet contains:
- Niacin - 60mg niacin equivalent (375%*)
- Pantothenic acid - 18 mg (300%*)
- Riboflavin (Vitamin B2) - 4.2 mg (300%*)
- Vitamin B6 - 4.2 mg (300%*)
- Thiamin (Vitamin B1) - 3.3mg (300%*)
- Folic acid - 600 µg (300%*)
- Biotin - 150 µg (300%*)
- Vitamin B12 - 7.5 µg (300%*)

Ingredients: bulking agents: calcium phosphates (dicalcium phosphate), microcrystalline cellulose, cellulose gel; niacin (nicotinamide), glazing agent: fatty acids (stearic acid), pantothenic acid (calcium D-pantothenate), vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin), biotin (D-biotin), folic acid (pteroylmonoglutamic acid), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), vitamin B1 (thiamine mononitrate), vitamin B2 (riboflavin), glazing agents: silicon dioxide, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, magnesium salts of fatty acids (magnesium stearate); colours: titanium dioxide, iron oxides and hydroxides; glazing agent: polyethylene glycol. May contain traces of crustaceans, fish, soy, and their derivatives.
Dosage:
Recommended daily dose necessary to obtain a beneficial effect of the product: adults 1 tablet daily.
The preparation does not contain lactose.
Precautions:
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
The preparation cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are the basis for the proper functioning of the body.
Hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients.
Pregnant and breastfeeding women should consult a doctor before using the preparation.
Do not use in conjunction with other preparations containing B vitamins.
