Naturell Vitamin B Active is a dietary supplement containing a complex of B vitamins. B vitamins are water-soluble substances that, with the exception of vitamin B12, are not stored in the body and must be supplied with food every day. These vitamins can be found in grain products, meat, eggs, fish, milk, legumes, and fresh vegetables. However, B vitamins are easily destroyed or washed out during storage and food processing, so we should pay special attention to whether our diet contains sufficient amounts of them. B vitamins have a significant impact on the proper course of many processes in our body.
Ingredient properties:
- Reduction of fatigue, support of psychological functions: vitamins B6, B12, biotin, folic acid, niacin, thiamine (vitamin B1) - support the maintenance of normal psychological functions; vitamins B6, B12, folic acid, pantothenic acid, niacin, riboflavin (vitamin B2) contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
