Naturell Omega-3 1000 120 Capsules
Naturell Omega-3 1000 Capsules is a dietary supplement containing high-quality, concentrated oil from small cold-water fish, with a high content of omega-3 fatty acids:
- 65% omega-3 fatty acids. The preparation is standardized to contain a minimum of 65% EPA and DHA. The omega-3 acids in Naturell Omega-3 1000 are in the form of triglycerides, the same form that naturally occurs in fish, so they can be better absorbed by the human body. The raw material for the production of Naturell Omega-3 1000 are whole, small fish caught from certified fisheries in the cleanest areas of the Pacific Ocean, without overexploitation. The oil production technology ensures high purity and quality of the omega-3 fatty acids contained in the preparation. The production technology limits the unfavorable oxidation process of the oil, thereby minimizing the fishy smell and taste of the product containing omega-3 fatty acids.
Ingredient properties:
The preparation supplements the diet with unsaturated omega-3 fatty acids: EPA – eicosapentaenoic acid and DHA – docosahexaenoic acid. Action of Omega-3 fatty acids contained in the preparation:
- EPA and DHA contribute to the normal functioning of the heart (a beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg of EPA and DHA),
- DHA contributes to the normal functioning of the brain and to the maintenance of normal vision (a beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg of DHA),
- DHA consumption by the mother supports the normal development of the eyes in the fetus and breastfed infants (a beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 200 mg of DHA in addition to the recommended daily intake of omega-3 fatty acids for adults, i.e. 250 mg of docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) and eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA)).
Recommended daily intake:
- children over 2 years of age. - 1 capsule a day,
- adults - 2 capsules a day,
- pregnant and breastfeeding women - 3 capsules a day,
- the capsules should be washed down with water,
- the preparation should be taken during or immediately before a meal,
- for children and people who have difficulty swallowing, the contents of the capsules can be squeezed and given with food,
- the recommended daily dose should not be exceeded.
Storage conditions:
- the dietary supplement should be kept out of the reach of children,
- the preparation should be stored at a temperature below 25 ° C,
- protect from light and moisture.
Warnings:
- the dietary supplement cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet,
- the dietary supplement should not be taken if you are allergic to any of its ingredients,
- people with coagulation disorders blood or taking medications that reduce blood clotting,
- pregnant and breastfeeding women should consult a doctor before using the preparation.
