Naturell Folian 60 Tablets
Naturell Folian contains calcium L-methylfolate. This is an active form of folic acid, bioequivalent to folate naturally found in food and does not require processing. Proper absorption of folic acid is determined by the MTHFR gene, a mutation of which occurs in up to 30-50% of the population. In these people, the efficiency of converting folic acid to the active form may be reduced by as much as 70%. Scientific studies confirm that many people do not fully metabolize folic acid, resulting in too low levels of its active form in the blood.
Dosage:
Adults: 1 tablet daily after a meal. Pregnant women and children: depending on individual needs, your doctor may prescribe a different daily dose.
