Naturell Folian Folian is folic acid in its active form: calcium L-methylfolate. The active form of folic acid, unlike synthetic folic acid, does not require processing by the body into the active form.
The proper absorption of folic acid is determined by the MTHFR gene, the mutation of which occurs in up to 30-50% of the population. In these people, the effectiveness of converting folic acid to its active form may be reduced by as much as 70%. Scientific research confirms that many people do not fully metabolize folic acid.
Composition: Bulking agents: calcium phosphates (dicalcium phosphate); microcrystalline cellulose; calcium L-methylfolate; glazing agents: fatty acids (stearic acid), silicon dioxide, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, magnesium salts of fatty acids (magnesium stearate), polyethylene glycol.
Recommended daily dose: adults - 1 tablet daily after a meal. Pregnant women and children: depending on individual needs, your doctor may prescribe a different daily dose.
