The omega-3 eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) present in the supplement come from high-quality oil from fatty marine fish (sardines, anchovies and mackerel or a combination thereof), caught in the South Pacific from sustainable fisheries).
