How to use?
Hydrolate can be used as a standalone toner. Spray the hydrolate on your face, neck, and décolletage, and after a while, wipe off any excess with a cotton pad. It also works great as a compress for tired eyes - moisten 2 cotton pads with hydrolate, lie down and apply to closed eyelids for 5-10 minutes.
