- Mandelic acid (15%) is classified as an alpha-hydroxy acid (fruit acid), which offers a wealth of skincare benefits. One of its main features is its gentle action compared to other AHA acids, making it suitable for people with sensitive skin. It not only exfoliates but also moisturizes and regulates sebum.
- Lactobionic acid (5%), in turn, belongs to the PHA group of acids, intended for the care of sensitive, dry, and vascular skin. When used in the appropriate concentration, it provides solid nourishment and also helps with the problem of keratinization of the epidermis.
Importantly, both mandelic acid and lactobionic acid are not photosensitizing. Furthermore, combining them with soothing ingredients (such as allantoin, panthenol, and aloe vera juice) allows the serum to be used year-round, not just in the fall and winter, like most exfoliating cosmetics of this type.

How to use the acid serum?
Shake before use. Gently massage a few drops of the serum into cleansed skin. Use 1-2 times a week, as needed. Use sun protection during the day. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Avoid the eye area.
IMPORTANT: It's important to remember that acids are exfoliating substances, acting concentratedly and intensively. Their effect on the skin varies depending on skin type and the skin's familiarity with exfoliating cosmetics. What does this mean in practice? A serum can be very gentle (seboregulating, micro-exfoliating, and moisturizing with a desired glow effect), but it can also result in noticeable exfoliation.
The product should be introduced into your skincare routine gradually, a maximum of 1-2 times a week, in the evening, preferably with moisturizing creams (applied about half an hour after using the serum). And during the day, remember to protect your face with an SPF cream. For very sensitive skin, the product can be left on the skin for 10 to 30 minutes and then washed off with water.
