Miohashin - a preparation supporting thyroid function
Miohashin is a dietary supplement supporting normal thyroid function. The preparation is enriched with bacopa monnieri extract, which stimulates cognitive functions, and rhodiola rosea, which alleviates symptoms associated with fatigue, which often affect people with low thyroid function.
Ingredient Properties:
- Myoinositol - an important component of cells, but also messengers in hormonal pathways. Myoinositol is known for many functions, including its influence on the transport of glucose into cells (Nordio & Proietti, 2015)

Recommended daily intake:
The daily portion is 1 Hashin capsule + 1-2 Mio capsules, which should be consumed according to the following schedule:
1. 1 Hashin capsule + 1 Mio capsule with breakfast
2. The second Mio capsule (optional) should be taken with the next meal.
