Sugar Moisturizing Toner for the Face, Neck, and Décolleté. A gentle facial toner with PHA/AHA acids (3.5%), niacinamide, sugars, extracts, and ferments.
Restores the skin's optimal pH level, moisturizes, and increases elasticity. Softens, smooths, soothes, and calms, supporting skin regeneration, reduces the appearance of pores and imperfections, and evens out skin tone, restoring a healthy glow. Vegan.
How to use: Apply toner to a cotton pad and gently wipe skin. You can also apply toner to the palm of your hand, rub it in, and apply to the skin. Apply morning and evening to cleansed skin on the face, neck, and décolleté. Avoid the eye area.
As a supplement to your skincare routine, after cleansing your face with toner, you can use a serum from the Sugar series or another favorite serum or cream – wait a few minutes before applying them to avoid neutralizing the effects of their active ingredients.
