meridol Parodont Expert contains a dual-active formula specially developed for gums prone to bleeding and periodontal disease. A unique combination of active ingredients with antibacterial properties – amine fluoride and stannous fluoride – selectively fights the causes of gingivitis, not just the symptoms.
- Amine fluoride binds stannous ions and transports them straight to the gum line, where they are released and exchanged for calcium ions from saliva.
