Methylated forms of B vitamins.
Vitamins B9 (folic acid) and B12 are supplied with food in an inactive form. To be properly utilized, they must be converted in the body. The methylation process plays an important role in converting these vitamins into their active forms. MebeVIT B-complex contains a complex of B vitamins with proven effectiveness, including methylated forms of vitamin B9, i.e., folic acid (Quatrefolic®), and vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin).
Each tablet contains a high portion of thiamine, folic acid, vitamins B6 and B12, niacin, and calcium pantothenate.
Folate, thiamine, and vitamin B6 provide valuable support for the proper functioning of the nervous system. At the same time, these ingredients contribute to maintaining normal psychological functions, which contributes to a positive effect on mood.
Additionally, vitamins B2, B6, B12, niacin, pantothenic acid, and folic acid reduce the feeling of tiredness and fatigue. Pantothenic acid helps maintain normal mental performance.
