Ingredient properties:
- Honey contains methylglyoxal (MGO™) in amounts over 381.8 mg/kg (a natural ingredient found in significant amounts only in some Manuka honeys).
- MGO contained in honey is responsible for its unique properties. Its chemical composition gives it a wide spectrum of positive effects on diseases of internal organs, such as the heart and circulatory system, respiratory system, digestive system, urinary system, central nervous system, as well as on the largest organ of our body – the skin.
- The healing effects of Manuka honey are targeted at diseases of the respiratory system, gastrointestinal tract, as well as some viral and cancerous diseases. It is worth noting that for these purposes, it is recommended to use honey with a minimum methylglyoxal content of 250 mg/kg (MGO 250+).
- Manuka honey has a positive effect in the treatment of skin inflammation, wounds and ulcers.
Recommended daily intake:
- It is best to consume honey in the morning on an empty stomach in the amount of 2-3 teaspoons or 1 teaspoon 2-3 times a day half an hour before meals.
- A 500 g package, when consuming a daily portion of three teaspoons a day, is enough for about a month.
- 15 g (3 teaspoons) = daily portion. The jar contains approximately 33 servings.

- The preparation should be stored at room temperature, below 25 °C.
