Magne- B6 Fatigue and Stress is a dietary supplement containing magnesium citrate, vitamin B6 and ashwagandha root extract.This producthelpsfighteveryday fatigue and stress.It is intended mainly for physically and mentally exhausted people who would like to introduce some more peace and harmony.
Ingredient properties:
- Magnesium:
- contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue,
- helps in the proper functioning of the nervous and muscular systems, - Ashwagandha:
- is a plant belonging to adaptogens,
- helps maintain relaxation and mental well-being, as well as supports the physical vitality of the body.
Recommended daily intake:
- 1 tablet a day; preferably taken in the morning,
- duration of supplement use: 4 weeks; can be repeated if necessary,
- do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Storage conditions:
- the dietary supplement should be stored out of the reach of small children,
- the preparation should be stored at a temperature below 25 °C,
- protect from light and moisture.
Warnings:
- the dietary supplement cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet,
- do not take the dietary supplement if you are allergic to any of its ingredients,
- use by people under medical supervision only after consulting a doctor,
- the product should not be consumed in case of taking sedative, hypnotic or antiepileptic drugs,
