How to use Listerine® Ginger & Lime?
Use twice daily after brushing your teeth. Pour 20 ml (4 teaspoons) into a cup, rinse thoroughly on your teeth and gums for 30 seconds, then spit out. For children aged 6-12, use 10 ml (2 teaspoons) of the liquid.
