In the Liposol Vitamin C 1000 dietary supplement, vitamin C is encapsulated in liposomes. Liposomes are small, spherical lipid particles that form naturally when water comes into contact with lecithin. When vitamin C dissolves in water and mixes with lecithin, a liposomal encapsulation process occurs. Liposomes are easily absorbed by the body, resulting in better absorption of the vitamin C contained within.

The Liposol Vitamin C 1000 dietary supplement contains a maximum dose of 1000 mg of buffered vitamin C. Vitamin C is buffered by the use of two forms – L-ascorbic acid and sodium ascorbate.
