Ligunin® TERMOSTOP is a preparation containing flaxseed lignans and hop cone extract standardized to 8-prenylnaringenin (8-PN), which belongs to the group of plant phytoestrogens with a structure similar to that of female hormones (estrogens). Common hops help alleviate the symptoms of menopause such as hot flashes, sweating, anxiety, and irritability. Lignans are phytoestrogens obtained from flaxseed that have the ability to regulate the activity of sex hormones in the body. Flaxseed lignans exhibit estrogen-like properties, so taking them by women, especially during menopause, has a beneficial effect on estrogen-dependent physiological processes in the body. Both common hops and flaxseed lignans exhibit antioxidant properties and help protect cells from oxidative stress.
Application:
The preparation is recommended for menopausal women to supplement phytoestrogens in their diet and alleviate the symptoms of menopause.
Recommended intake:
2 capsules daily after a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Maintaining proper health requires a balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Beneficial effects can be observed after 6 weeks of using the preparation.

Ingredients:
ground flax seeds (Linum usitatissimum L.) obtained in the defatting process, flax seed extract (Linum usitatissimum L.) standardized for lignan content, gelatin (shell component), hop cone extract (Humulus lupulus L.) standardized for 8-prenylnaringenin (8-PN), anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids, Anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide, color: titanium dioxide.
Daily portion (2 capsules) contains: 170 mg of hop cone extract, including 70 µg of 8-prenylnaringenin (8-PN), 50 mg of linseed lignans.
Storage:
Store at room temperature, in a dry and dark place. Dietary supplements should be stored out of the reach of small children.
