Life Omega 3 1000 mg 60 Capsules
The dietary supplement is rich in Omega 3 unsaturated fatty acids: EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and DHA (docosahexaenoic acid). EPA and DHA fatty acids contribute to the normal function of the heart (the beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg of EPA and DHA). DHA contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function and normal vision. Vitamin E helps protect cells from oxidative stress.
Dosage:
Recommended daily dose: adults and children over 6 years of age: 1 capsule daily during or immediately after a meal with water. For people who have difficulty swallowing, the contents of the capsules can be squeezed and administered with food.
