How to use
Body:
Be sure to lubricate the skin with olive oil or a larger amount of cream/balm. Gently press the cup onto the body, pressing it against the area being massaged. Massage in circular motions, always upwards and towards the heart. The intensity of this process is regulated by the gradation of pressure; the stronger the pressure on the cup, the stronger it will adhere to the skin. After completing the massage, lift the cup with your finger to remove it. Massage of one area should take approximately 5 minutes. Full-body massage: thighs, buttocks, abdomen, and arms, approximately 20 minutes. For best results, the massage should be performed in series of 10-12 treatments approximately every 3 days. Excessive suction on the skin may lead to the formation of hematomas/bruises, which disappear after a few days. Wash and disinfect the cup after each treatment.
Face/Neck:

Perform the massage according to the movements shown in the image. The face and neck massage should last approximately 5-8 minutes. For best results, the massage should be performed in series of 10-12 treatments approximately every 3 days. Excessive suction on the skin may lead to the formation of hematomas/bruises, which disappear after a few days. Wash and disinfect the cup after each treatment.
