- Older children and adults: 2-4 sachets,
- The contents of the sachet should be dissolved in lukewarm water or other lukewarm liquid (milk, juice, yogurt), mixed well and consumed immediately after preparation; The contents of the sachet should not be dissolved in hot or carbonated liquids. The powder can also be consumed directly from the sachet. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Recommended supplementation period: 3 months. Storage conditions: Store at a temperature below 25°C in a closed container, in a dry place. Protect from light. The dietary supplement should be kept out of the reach of small children.
