Recommended daily intake:
- Children over 3 years of age: 1 capsule,
- Adults: 2-4 capsules,
- Swallow the capsule with lukewarm water or other lukewarm liquid. (milk, juice, yogurt),
- The capsule can also be opened and its contents consumed directly or after dissolving in lukewarm liquid, the contents of the capsule should not be dissolved in hot or carbonated liquids,
- Do not exceed the recommended daily dose,
- Recommended supplementation period: 3 months.

- Store at a temperature below 25°C in a closed container, in a dry place,
