LabHome L-Check -1-Midstream is a specific, rapid immunodiagnostic test for the qualitative determination of the hormone LH (luteinizing hormone, lutropin) in urine. The increasing concentration of luteinizing hormone triggers ovulation within 24 to 40 hours. This period is considered the most favorable for conceiving a child. By using the test, it is possible to detect the increase in hormone levels, the so-called "LH peak," preceding ovulation in less than 10 minutes, allowing you to determine your optimal fertility days.
How to use:
Method 1.
1. Remove the sealed L-Check-1 Midstream test pouch from the packaging. Remove the test from the pouch by tearing it along the edge. Discard the small sachet with the desiccant.
2. Remove the cap from the L-Check-1 Midstream test protecting the urine absorption strip. Turn the test over so that the result window side is facing outward and the absorbent tip is facing down.
3. Immerse the absorbent tip directly in your urine stream for 5-10 seconds. Make sure that no drop of urine enters the window
of the test and control areas.
Method 2:Alternatively, you can also urinate into a clean, dry container (not included) and then immerse the absorbent strip in it for 10 seconds, until completely saturated.
4. Place the cap on the tip of the L-Check-1 Midstream test. The collected urine sample reacts with certain reagents, which starts the test. Start timing from this point.
5. Place the L-Check-1 Midstream test on a dry, flat surface with the result window facing upwards.
6. Read the result after 5 minutes. Do not interpret the result after 10 minutes.
