What is Kelatis?
Kelatis is a medical device for wounds in the form of an absorbent mineral powder containing 2.5% ionic silver. It helps control exudate, creating a clean and moist environment that supports physiological healing processes and protects against the growth of exogenous microflora at the site of application. Silver ions prevent microbial infection.
Application:
- For use on wounds, abrasions, minor burns and skin cuts.
How to use:
- Before use, clean the wound with an isotonic solution.
- Shake before use.
- Spray at short intervals by lightly pressing the dispenser button and directing the spray onto the wound.
- Repeat – if necessary, cover the wound with a sterile dressing.
- The product remains in the application site, does not rub off and can be easily removed with saline solution.
- Do not use for more than two consecutive weeks.
- If there is no improvement within this time, contact your doctor.
Warnings:
- Pressured container: may burst if heated.
- Keep away from heat, sparks, open flames, hot surfaces and other ignition sources.
- Do not smoke.
- Protect from sunlight.
- Do not expose to temperatures exceeding 50°C/120°F.
- Keep out of reach of children.
- Do not spray on an open flame or other ignition source.
- For external use only.
