My best advice:
The paper is also great for baking fish. Place seasoned fillets or whole fish on a parchment-lined rack and place in a hot oven. Lean fish (cod, trout) can be drizzled with oil, while fatty fish (salmon, carp) don't require any added fat. The fish will bake with a crispy crust.
However, remember that:
- Avoid direct contact of the paper with a heat source.
- The paper should not be used at temperatures above 220°C.
