What is Ispagul® S + Probiotic for?
- The dietary supplement is indicated for supplementing the daily supply of fiber and enriching the diet with live cultures of beneficial probiotic bacteria.
Ingredient Properties:
- Psyllium seed husk and ground flax seeds are a source of fiber, which supports intestinal function and peristalsis. They also contribute to softening and increasing the volume of stools, and support intestinal transit, facilitating easier bowel movements.
- Psyllium husk contributes to maintaining normal cholesterol levels.
- The LactoSpore® probiotic supports the restoration of natural intestinal microflora, supporting the regulation of intestinal function and contributing to lowering cholesterol levels.
Recommended daily intake:
- Measure a 3g portion of powder to the line on the enclosed measuring cup, mix well with ¾ glass of water or juice, and drink.
- The powder can also be added to yogurt, cereals, or other foods and washed down with plenty of water.
