Glycolic acid is considered the most effective active ingredient in the AHA family, naturally occurring fruit acids that have a beneficial effect on our skin.
Sun exposure, age, and lifestyle cause our epidermis to age; our skin sags and loses elasticity, spots and wrinkles appear, and our complexion becomes uneven. Fortunately, there are naturally occurring active ingredients that slow down the signs of aging. Glyco-A® Intense Peeling Night Cream was developed by the ISISPHARMA laboratory to visibly reduce the signs of skin aging thanks to its powerful active ingredient, glycolic acid. Glycolic acid is considered the most effective active ingredient in the AHA family, naturally occurring fruit acids that benefit our skin. Glycolic acid is the flagship ingredient in the Glyco-A® product range. It is known for its exfoliating properties and helps smooth the skin's surface, remove dead cells, and intensify cell renewal. It also reduces excess sebum and stimulates collagen production. A true concentrate of youth for your skin.
Thanks to its high concentration (25%) of glycolic acid, Glyco-A® Intense Peeling Night Cream safely delivers the benefits of a home cosmetic peel. Indeed, the Glyco-A® range is the result of the expertise of the ISISPHARMA laboratory – a pioneer in AHA-based dermocosmetics since 1990, striving to preserve and restore the skin's natural balance.

FAQ:
Is it normal to feel a stinging/tingling sensation on my skin after using the product?
Yes, this is a normal sensation due to the product's low pH. If the tingling lasts longer than a few minutes or is exceptionally strong or even painful, it indicates a skin intolerance. Wash off the product and gradually acclimate your skin to contact with glycolic acid, for example, using Glyco-A Medium Peeling or Glyco-A Soft Peeling.
Can your skin be red after using the product?
Skin irritation after peeling depends on the degree of skin sensitivity. If you haven't used AHA acids before, start with lower concentrations and gradually increase them as your skin becomes accustomed to them. To avoid irritation, apply the product in a very thin layer and to well-dried facial skin.
Can I use the peel year-round?
To achieve the best possible results, use the product periodically, using it for 3 months on, 3 months off, and then 3 months on again. Remember not to use acid peels in the summer.
