- In movements from the collarbones to the chin, stroke the sides of the neck. Avoid the center because the thyroid gland is located there.
- Massage the chin from the center towards the ears.
- Massage the area around the mouth in a circular motion, first in one direction, then the other. Don't forget about the lips, play with them, squeeze them with your index finger and thumb, stretch them. See how pleasant it feels!
