Hylo-Gel 0.2% Eye Drops 10 ml
Sterile eye drops without phosphates and preservatives. A preparation intended for intensive, therapeutic moisturizing of the eye surface in case of severe and chronic dryness, as well as after surgical procedures.
HYLO® GEL is a sterile eye drop solution containing 2 mg/ml sodium hyaluronate, citrate buffer, sorbitol, and water.
The preparation does not contain phosphates or preservatives.
What is HYLO® used for?
The preparation is intended for intensive, therapeutic moisturizing of the eye surface in case of severe and chronic dryness, as well as after surgical procedures.
When should HYLO® be used? GEL?
HYLO® GEL contains sodium hyaluronate, a natural substance found in the eye and other parts of the human body. Sodium hyaluronate has the unique physical properties of creating an even, stable, long-lasting, and difficult-to-remove film on the eye's surface. Thanks to these bioadhesive properties and the ability to mix well with natural tears, very good conditions for moisturizing the cornea and conjunctiva are created, and blinking becomes easier.
HYLO® GEL contains a high concentration of hyaluronic acid, which is why it is characterized by high viscosity. After instillation, the eye is particularly intensively and long-lastingly moisturized.
Persistent or severe symptoms are reduced, and the eye is protected from irritation for a long time.
The regeneration of the eye's surface structures requires continuous, optimal moisturizing to ensure that the physiological healing processes can proceed properly.
HYLO® GEL does not contain preservatives and is therefore usually very well tolerated. Furthermore, it is also phosphate-free, so there is no risk of deposits forming in the cornea.
Usage:
Usually, 1 drop is instilled 3 times daily into the conjunctival sac of each eye. For more severe symptoms, the preparation can be used more frequently. In case of more frequent instillation (e.g., more than 10 times daily), an ophthalmological examination should be performed. The package should only be used by one person at a time. After opening the immediate packaging, it can be used for 6 months.
Notes:
Store at room temperature.
Do not use after the expiry date.
Keep out of the reach and sight of children.
