- Vitamin C - plays a key role in collagen production, maintaining the integrity of cartilage and bones. Its antioxidant properties help protect cells from oxidative stress.
Recommended daily intake:
- One sachet daily dissolved in water or as directed by a doctor.
- Pour the contents of the sachet into a glass, add 150 ml of water and stir.
