Skrzypolen is a dietary supplement that strengthens hair, skin, and nails. Skrzypolen contains as many as 6 ingredients: horsetail extract, ground flax seeds, biotin, zinc, and sulfur amino acids: L-methionine and taurine.
Ingredient Properties:
- horsetail helps maintain hair, skin, and nails in good condition;
- biotin helps maintain healthy hair and skin, contributes to the maintenance of proper macronutrient metabolism and energy metabolism;
- zinc helps maintain healthy hair, skin, and nails, and assists in the proper synthesis of DNA and protein. Contributes to maintaining the proper metabolism of vitamin A, fatty acids, carbohydrates and macronutrients. Helps protect cells from oxidative stress;
- Sulfur amino acids are the basic component of keratin, which is a protein naturally found in the skin, hair, and nails.
Recommended daily intake:
- 2 capsules a day, preferably with a meal;
- do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
