Korean ginseng root extract (Panax ginseng) 250 mg

• Adaptogen known for its effect supporting the maintenance of optimal strength, energy and vitality, physical and mental well-being.
• The HarmonyMe dietary supplement contains Korean ginseng root extract (Panax ginseng CA Meyer) DER 4:1.

Green tea extract 500 mg (including 490 mg polyphenols, 400 mg catechins and 250 mg EGCG)

• Green tea contributes to maintaining a healthy body weight by supporting normal fat metabolism.
• The HarmonyMe dietary supplement contains green tea extract (Camellia sinensis (L.) Kuntze) standardized to 98% polyphenols, 80% catechins, 50% epigallocatechin gallate - EGCG DER 20:1.

Saw Palmetto fruit extract 240 mg

• Also known as saw palmetto.
• Supports reproductive functions.
• The HarmonyMe dietary supplement contains Saw Palmetto fruit extract (Serenoa repens (W. Bartram) Small) DER 10:1.

Zinc 15 mg

• Zinc is a component of approximately 300 enzymes essential for the proper functioning of our bodies.
