Citicoline (CDP-choline) 250 mg

• Is part of the cell membranes of the nervous system and is responsible for the synthesis of acetylcholine (a neurotransmitter).

L-theanine from green tea leaves (Camellia sinensis [L.] Kuntze) 100 mg

• Classified as a nootropic substance
• Discovered by Japanese researchers in 1949 as one of the ingredients of Chinese tea (Camellia sinensis)

Assam tea extract, including theacrine 50.5 mg (50 mg theacrine)

• Theacrine has a similar effect to caffeine, but does not show a tolerance effect.
