Gastrotuss Chewable Tablets
Gastrotuss® is a medical device in the form of chewable tablets that create a mechanical anti-reflux barrier. Gastrotuss is indicated for the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux and laryngopharyngeal reflux and symptoms such as:
- regurgitation,
- heartburn (burning of the esophagus),
- sensation of an obstruction in the throat, inflammation of the nasopharynx and larynx, belching, flatulence, cough, dysphonia (hoarseness from reflex irritation of the glottis)
- and for the relief of other disorders associated with reflux. Medicinal medical device for oral use.
Composition:
Magnesium alginate, simethicone, fructose, xanthan gum, honey, D-panthenol, sodium bicarbonate, potassium bicarbonate, sucralose, methyl p-hydroxybenzoate, propyl p-hydroxybenzoate, flavor, purified water.
Indications and action:
Treatment of gastroesophageal reflux and laryngopharyngeal reflux and symptoms such as:
- cough,
- dysphonia (hoarseness due to reflux irritation of the glottis),
- other reflux-related disorders,
- regurgitation,
- heartburn (burning sensation in the esophagus),

- inflammation of the nasopharynx and larynx,
- belching,
- flatulence
Contraindications:
Hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients. If the patient is taking other preparations or medications, the syrup should be used last.
Dosage:
Adults and children from 12 years of age: 1-2 tablets after main meals and before bedtime.
